There had are lots of short films that had the same endings of never edning suffering or no escape of depression, but to convey the independent message of the short film, it had been agreed upon that the film would conclude with an ending that can shine the light on depression and encourage others with similar strugles the endless posbilities for way of help and support. In the film, Trevor was shown to have emotional struggles and feelings if lonliness, not helping his case of severe depression. After times of lonnilness the film showed that help was always accessible and denying the benefits affected no one but the person suffering from depression. Challenging conventions by portraying mental health as a non negative idea was an expressive view point helping viewers have several unexpected and unique perspectives on the understanding of the many suffering from mental health. Mental health should not be taken in a lightly matter and "One Last Drive" helps challenge conventions on the negative veiws of the mentally unheealthy of the world.
