AICE Media Studies

 This is my CCR for my music video.

\  This was the first time working on a major project with my group. We worked really well together and made an amazing video. This group will always be well working ad strong. Looking back we had some flaws in our procrastination as well as communication. As we continue to work together more these problems will fade away. We will improve with time. As our additional projects start we know have a true understanding of what we need to do. We all have specific roles in which we all excel at. If we work well with our strengths we will only improve. This project was truly the beginning of an insane production team.

 For our filming we used lots of different camera angles. These include low, high, back, two, and much more. The different camera angles add huge effects to the overall product. I believe that the more wacky and unique camera angles, the better the music video. Therefore, in our music video each scene consists of 2-4 different angles. Now thinking about that, we had to film each different angle three times. In total we had to film so many different angles and take to find the perfect one. Even if we thought the first shot was usable we still took a second and a third. This is because different shots might not seem the best when played alone, but when thew whole thing is together it flows better. After filming the first couple scenes we understood the impossible task of making a perfect video. Our group wanted to strive for greatness. We worked and worked no matter the time and created an impressive final version. We added our song "Pompeii" into the video and it worked perfec

 After filming and editting the production. was coming to an end.  Today marked our almost coming to an end. It became important that our group stated focus. It seemed that all the other groups became off topic sand hard for them to concentrate. When adding the song into the music video I was extremely proud. I never knew that me or my members in my group were capable of making a video. not just any video, but a good one. This video came out be really good. I believe this is so becuase of the hard work ands decdic ation of the group. We worked together efficiently to quickly settle problem.s There was defiantly not as many problems as I once thought there was. Adding the song on the video was was very simple and easy. Luke had down it before as with most things so got it down quickly,. We edited and added the song as the sun was still up. We finished early so life would be easier for the last final touches. There was not much left to do, so we got sleep and waited for the next day. 

      After completing the filming the day before we now moved onto our next task. This task was choosing the right shots as well as editing to make everything flow smoothly. We began by assigning the four of us 3 different scenes each to pick the best shot. We did it this was because it was the fastest and most efficient. I was assigned 10, 11, 12. I knew that these scenes were crucial because they were the last scenes of the music video and they needed to be perfect. After about 30 or so minutes we had all picked out the best shots for each scene. Now it came down to putting it all together. We had Luke, who is a really good editor download IMovie. This app lets us easily edit and create a short film within a short time period. Luckily, Luke was comfortable with IMovie and knew exactly what he was doing. We all watched as Luke threw in the different scenes added transitions in between and put it all together. We had not finished as we still had to do some final touches and add the mu

 Today we all decided to hangout after school and start filming. Our project is really important to all of us because we want to get a good grade. We started by filming scenes 5-6 as it was good weather and we didn't want to wait. It was a rainy day in general so the pockets we got we took advantage. The first films we took turned out really great. To be safe we took multiple shots of the same scene. Our main actor was Zane Knapp. He really enjoyed being on camera so he never got tired of reshooting the same scene. After filming scene 5, 6 we went on to film 1, and 2. These were one of the most crucial scenes as they were our opening ones. We needed to get the perfect shot so we went into Zane's room. We started by us surrounding him and crying over him. Surprisingly this scene was very hard to film and took several tries. We needed this to be perfected. Finally, on the 8th try we got the perfect shot. We still spent several hours filming the rest of the parts. I think it was r
